Our story started when my parents Russel and Katherine Bowen established their renovation and painting company in 1953. They worked side-by-side every day, strengthening the Bowen name with their hard work and dedication to family values. The customer always came first, and the business was operated with a value on the customer experience and high-quality results. Over 65 years later, Joe and Cherrie carry on that same tradition.
Joe is the CEO of Bowen Remodeling. He works closely with the design, sales, and production teams. Cherrie is the CFO, handling the financial side of the company. She works closely with the office staff. Samantha Bowen, their youngest daughter, joined Team Bowen as a designer to continue her family’s legacy. In 2011, she graduated from design school with a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. She brings her valuable skills to the table and has earned two national awards for her design work with Team Bowen!

Project Management Team/ Estimator
Dennis started with our company in 2002. He is on our project management team and oversees our in-house carpenters and painters. He also works closely with our customers to make sure everything is running smoothly and on time. Dennis also performs estimates for painting and light carpentry.
Samantha Bowen Williamson
Interior Designer/ Estimator
Samantha is our daughter and she has worked for many years behind the scenes and worked her way up to her position today. She is a graduate of The Art Institute of Washington with a Bachelor’s Degree of Fine Arts in Interior Design. She graduated in 2011 with new ways of doing things and a vast amount of knowledge in design. Samantha is skilled in the 20/20 kitchen and bath program, ProKitchen, and Auto CAD. Her focus is on bathroom and kitchen remodeling. Samantha has received two national awards since starting with our company. National Kitchen and Bath 30 under 30 Award and ProRemodeler 40 under 40 award.
Interior Designer/ Estimator
Jordyn is a graduate of The Art Institute of Washington with a Bachelor’s Degree of Fine Arts in Interior Design. She graduated in 2011. Coming out of school she has a fresh perspective on new design ideas for our customers to use as tools to design the perfect space that they are looking to remodel. Jordyn is skilled in the 20/20 kitchen and bathroom program, ProKitchen, and Auto CAD. With Jordyn’s great attention to detail and her skills in design she is a great asset to our company and for our customers.
Customer Service Coordinator
Charleigh joined our team in 2021. She is our customer service coordinator and takes care of appointments and our warranty program for our customers. Charleigh is a great asset to our team and has great knowledge of products and our systems to keep things running smoothly.
Becky was with our company for 10 years before returning part time in 2021. She has a vast knowledge of all the materials and she handles all of the incoming supplies and tracks the materials prior to jobs starting.
